Damaged-On-Arrival Policy
In the rare event that your flowers or any accompanying items arrive damaged or not up to our usual standards, we understand your disappointment and want to make things right, quickly and hassle-free. Please inspect your flowers as soon as they arrive. If you find any signs of damage or your order is incorrect, contact our team on the same day of delivery and provide an image of the issue. This helps us resolve things efficiently and improves our service moving forward.
Refund & Replacement Options
Your satisfaction is our top priority. When a valid complaint is received within the specified window, Belmont Flowers offers several flexible solutions:
